Mega Event Delivery

We are highly experienced having worked on multiple Olympic Events, UCI World Championships, National Championships and UCI World Tour events, as well as some of the World’s biggest mass sport participation event producers.

Experienced in initial planning phases through to implementation and delivery. Event space design, Full Stakeholder liaison, SAG meetings, full Event management plans drafted up to National Police level integration. Total risk assessment delivery. Site design with Sport competition integration. Site build-up, management and removal. Overlay and branding management and delivery.

Infrastructure design and Provision

We can work with your existing Planning and Delivery personnel to design and create a modular infrastructure solution for all aspects of your event. Alternatively we can offer an entire infrastructure solution equal to a UCI World Tour level. We’ll work collaboratively with you through all stages to ensure you get everything you require whilst ensuring that you only pay for what you need.

Alternatively we can work in consultation with you and your team to design a methodology for delivery at all levels or budgets.

Solutions can be provided on a ‘white label’ basis or as part of your overall in house event delivery strategy.
